Account and data deletion

Learn how a Drawtryix account holder can review account data, stop future collection, delete creations or player profiles, and request full account deletion.

Delete a creation or profile

A signed-in account holder can remove individual saved creations and player profiles from the account. If a control is unavailable or an item does not disappear as expected, contact us for help.

Stop future collection

An account holder can ask us to stop future collection. A parent or guardian may also withdraw permission for data tied to an under-13 player profile. Affected saved features will be disabled while the request is completed.

Request full account deletion

The account holder may request deletion of the account, player profiles, drawings, generated characters and models, saved game progress, and other account-linked content. Send the request from the email address used for the Drawtryix account so we can verify account control.

If email is unavailable, use the official Noctryix contact form and write “Drawtryix privacy request.” Do not include a child’s drawing, full name, password, or other unnecessary personal details in the first message.

What happens next

  1. We confirm receipt and ask only for information needed to verify the account holder.
  2. We explain any active subscription, balance, dispute, or legally required record that affects the request.
  3. We delete or de-identify account-linked content from active systems and instruct relevant processors to delete it where required.
  4. We confirm completion or explain any narrow record that must be retained, its purpose, and the applicable period.

We do not require a purchase to submit a privacy request and will not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.

Records that may be retained

A limited transaction, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, or consent record may be retained when law or a legitimate operational need requires it. Retained records are restricted to that purpose and deleted or de-identified when the need ends. Encrypted backups are removed on their normal overwrite cycle.

Privacy and safety

We verify the requesting account holder before disclosing or deleting account information. We will never ask for a password. If a request may affect another adult's rights or a child's safety, we may take additional verification or protective steps.
