Privacy Policy

The short version

Drawtryix is a general-audience creativity and gaming platform that turns original drawings into AI-generated characters. People 13 and older may create accounts; players under 13 use a profile on an account created by a parent or legal guardian. We collect the information needed to provide the service, create and store characters, save progress, secure accounts, and support purchases.

Drawtryix does not sell personal information, use minor information for targeted advertising, or run a public feed of private creations. Account holders can review and delete player profiles and saved creations, and can contact us to close the account or make a privacy request.

1. Who operates Drawtryix

Drawtryix is operated by Noctryix LLC (“Drawtryix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. This policy applies to drawtryix.com and related Drawtryix web applications and games.

2. Age-based accounts and player profiles

New account holders enter a birthday before registration. People 13 or older may create an account; users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Players under 13 do not create separate logins. A parent or legal guardian creates the account and may add a player profile for them.

The birthday is used to determine the account age band and enforce account eligibility. It is stored in a protected server-side age record and is not available through normal browser database access. If an authenticated user enters a birthday showing they are under 13, Drawtryix blocks the account and retains only the under-13 status rather than the entered date. Parents who allow an under-13 player to use a player profile should review the Direct Notice to Parentsbefore submitting that player's creative information.

3. Information we collect

Account information

• Name, email address, password-based authentication data, and account preferences.
• Birthday and derived account age band used for age-based permissions.
• Google sign-in identifiers if the account holder chooses Google sign-in.
• Permission or acknowledgment records connected to AI creation requests.
• Support, safety, privacy, or billing communications.
• Tryix balance, purchase history, and transaction identifiers when purchases are offered.

Player profile and creative information

• A nickname or display name and a profile color selected by the account holder.
• Drawings, uploaded artwork, prompts, character names, and creative instructions.
• Generated 2D sprites, optional 3D models, edits, versions, and moderation results.
• Game progress, achievements, inventory, settings, and selected characters.
• Private multiplayer presence, approved phrase-chat, emote, moderation, and safety records when multiplayer is used.

Do not use a minor's full legal name as a display name or put a home address, school, phone number, email address, password, precise location, or other identifying details in a drawing, prompt, character name, or multiplayer interaction.

Technical information

• IP address and an approximate region derived from it.
• Device, browser, operating system, language, and app version.
• Authentication, security, request, crash, and diagnostic records.
• Essential cookies and local browser storage described in our Cookie Policy.

Drawtryix does not request precise geolocation for its core features.

In Clubtryix multiplayer, people in the same room can see a profile nickname, avatar thumbnail, selected character, room presence and movement, approved phrase-chat choices, and emotes. Free-form text chat and direct messages are not provided in that experience.

4. How we use information

• Create and manage accounts and player profiles.
• Apply age-based permissions, protect accounts, and prevent abuse or fraud.
• Transform submitted creative input into 2D or 3D characters.
• Store characters, versions, settings, Tryix activity, and game progress.
• Provide private multiplayer and other features selected by the account holder.
• Moderate uploads, prompts, outputs, and interactions for safety.
• Answer support requests and maintain service reliability.
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use.

We do not use minor personal information for targeted advertising, profiling for advertising, or unrelated commercial purposes.

5. AI processing

When an account requests a character or touch-up, Drawtryix sends the drawing or upload, prompt, and related instructions to the providers needed to complete that request. OpenAI provides image-generation processing. Tripo processes the accepted 2D character when the account holder separately requests a 3D version.

Provider use and retention are governed by the service configuration, contract, and applicable business/API terms. We review those terms and settings before enabling provider features. AI can produce unexpected results, so users should review generated content, parents should supervise younger players, and anyone can report an inappropriate result.

6. Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information only as needed to operate and protect Drawtryix:

• Noctryix LLC — operator and customer support.
• Supabase — authentication, private database, and private file storage.
• Vercel — application hosting, delivery, and operational logs.
• Google — optional Google sign-in.
• OpenAI — requested 2D image generation and safety processing.
• Tripo — requested 3D model generation.
• Payment providers — payment and fraud processing when a purchase is made.

We may also disclose limited information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect a child or another person, investigate abuse or fraud, defend legal rights, or complete a company transaction subject to appropriate privacy protections and notice.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Retention and deletion

• Unsaved 2D drafts expire after seven days. Upload reservations, signed links, incomplete provider files, and temporary processing data expire or are queued for deletion when no longer needed.
• Accepted drawings, source images, characters, saved versions, and game progress remain until the account holder deletes the item, deletes the player profile, or closes the account.
• Generation and transaction records needed to prevent duplicate charges, investigate fraud, maintain Tryix balances, or meet tax and accounting duties may remain after an individual creation is deleted. They are removed or de-identified when no longer needed, and account-linked records are reviewed when the account closes.
• Security and diagnostic records are kept only for the operational, incident-response, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal period for which they are needed. The applicable hosting and processor schedules also control copies in provider systems.
• Deleted data is removed from active systems as soon as reasonably practical. Encrypted backups may retain a protected copy until the backup is overwritten on its regular cycle.

Data retained for a legal, safety, fraud, or dispute purpose is restricted to that purpose and deleted when the need ends.

Some unsynced creations or progress can exist only in browser storage. Drawtryix cannot remotely erase browser-only data after an account deletion; the account holder must clear Drawtryix site data on each device.

8. Account controls, parent controls, and privacy rights

An account holder, or a verified parent acting for a minor, may:

• Review and edit player profile display information.
• Review or delete saved drawings, characters, versions, and profiles.
• Ask for access to or a copy of account-linked personal information.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Withdraw permission and ask us to stop future collection.
• Close the account and request deletion.

Use the controls available in the account, visit the Account and Data Deletion page, or email contact@noctryix.com. We take reasonable steps to verify that the requester controls the account. Withdrawing permission may make features that require saved information unavailable.

9. Cookies and tracking choices

Drawtryix uses essential authentication, security, preference, and game-progress storage. We do not currently load advertising cookies, session replay, or optional analytics. The footer's Cookie settings link explains the current categories and lets the account holder review the notice again.

Drawtryix does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is currently no sale or sharing to opt out of. If these practices change, we will update this notice and provide required opt-out controls before the change takes effect.

10. Security

We use safeguards designed for the sensitivity of account information, including encrypted connections, private storage, account and profile access checks, short-lived signed asset links, upload limits, content moderation, and restricted service access. No online service can promise absolute security. Account holders should use a unique password and contact us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.

11. California privacy information

California residents may request access, correction, or deletion using the methods above. Drawtryix does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of anyone under 16, and we will not discriminate against a user for making a privacy request.

12. United States service and policy changes

Drawtryix is operated from the United States. We may update this policy as the service or law changes. We will post the new effective date and provide prominent notice of material changes. If a change materially affects previously collected minor information, we will notify the account holder and request new permission where required before applying that change.
